Representatives from more than 80 companies will be looking for employees at the WCC Career Fair on Tuesday, March 18. The fair will be held in the Morris Lawrence building from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The free event is open to WCC students, alumni, and the public.
Employers at the fair will represent a wide range of industries, including health care, information technology, retail, and customer service. Some of the employers that will attend include Brookdale Place of Ann Arbor, Busch’s Fresh Food Market, Comerica Bank, Courtyard by Marriott, Lake Trust Credit Union, PepsiCo, Speedway LLC, The Home Depot, and the University of Michigan.
“Career fairs are an excellent way for job seekers to interact with employers in a one-on-one setting, providing a fantastic opportunity to network with potential employers—something that is becoming increasingly difficult to accomplish in the digital age we live in,” said David Wildfong, an advisor in WCC’s Career Services department.
